When Amanda and Shaun contacted me regarding their wedding photography and told me they were having their wedding at www.lakeslodge.co.nz Wilderness Retreat right on the edge of Lake Okataina just out of Rotorua. I was so excited!  I love the area and loved their relaxed and chilled vibe – and just knew it was going to be everything I’d hoped it to be.  I love that it didn’t matter one bit that it was raining off and on during the day and if you ask me I felt it added to the intimacy and scenery.  Love loved LOVED this wedding.  (I also enjoyed having a wee play with some of their images which helped me win some wee awards at NZIPP print awards). Thanks for a great day and I can highly recommend marrying in this wonderful wee place in our little country New Zealand.
